Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The Starter plan is free and requires only a Google account. You'll only be asked for payment when you upgrade to Growth or above.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded — see our Terms & Conditions.
How does AI reply pricing work?+
Starter includes 50 AI replies per month. Growth and Enterprise are unlimited — no per-reply metering, no throttling.
Do you offer discounts for agencies?+
Yes — agencies managing multiple client locations can get bulk pricing. Reach out via the Contact page.
Is my customer data safe?+
Your Google credentials are encrypted at rest, every workspace is isolated, access is role-based, and privileged actions are recorded in an audit log. AI features process content using third-party AI services — our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is sent, what we store, and how to delete it.
